/&gt;前陣子才看到數字板上面講到搞海腳Ｎ號的某動畫公司，役畢的人應徵正職職位都還被叫去做工讀生，然後還有利用壓榨工讀生的行徑，真是太無恥了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;不曉得有多少專業動畫公司也是這樣在用人的，就算是人才也用成廢柴了......&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' /&gt;既然需要軟體人才，那開出來的薪資福利條件比不上大公司的話，那當然找不到人。公司有好產品好前景，有能力拼上市上櫃的話，那就看有沒有誠意來吸引人才了。人是很現實的，尤其是在這個年代，沒聽過「重賞之下必有勇夫」嗎？&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;『面試到現在，剛畢業或退役的資工系新鮮人，能馬上上陣寫程式的，幾乎沒有。』&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;既然薪資福利誠意都比不上大公司，那還奢求會有能馬上上陣的人才來面試嗎？先要有好農場好飼料才能順利生蛋生雞嘛。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--&lt;br /&gt;話說我好像大一就不務正業(學業)在搞幾萬行程式碼的project了，大學畢業前已經成長到十五萬行了(後來太忙了，沒繼續弄這個project)，後來邊唸研究所邊工作累積下來的project也有幾個，小的有幾千行，大的也有十多萬行了....&lt;br /&gt;到剛剛去跑程式統計才發現，我竟然寫了這麼多東西... orz&lt;div 又少0.1元，又降價了！費率又改了！大家快做更改哦！&lt;br /&gt;中華電信室內電話改 成『 5分鐘1.5元』，但是中華電信真機車，每次都不公佈，還要自己去公佈欄看，收到這封 mail後大家趕快打語音電話做更改吧，每支室內電話的原本預設為 &lt;&gt;3分鐘 1.6元， 設定後將改成5分鐘 1.5元！&lt;br /&gt;[下略]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;根據中華電信的&lt;a href="http://www.cht.com.tw/PersonalCat.php?Module=Fee,Describe&amp;CatID=113&amp;amp;PageID=1449"&gt;市內電話月租費與通話費價目表&lt;/a&gt;來計算一下：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;方案 A 改為 C，月租費多了 70 元，這支電話要多打約 700 通的市內電話才會省到錢。&lt;br /&gt;方案 B 改為 C，月租費多了 50 元，這支電話要多打約 500 通的市內電話才會省到錢。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;沒有用到這種用量的話，那多繳的月租費就是白白讓中華電信給賺走了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我一直覺得這封信是某單位的陰謀，連改變費率方案的操作方法都附在這轉寄信件裡面。只拿這 0.1 元的小惠來誘惑一般民眾轉成方案 C，卻忽略了中華電信不花任何成本就賺到更多的月租費收入。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--&lt;br /&gt;假設全台灣 2300 萬人每人都有一支電話線路，有一半的人改成方案 C，估計月租費被中華電信多賺個 10
